We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

Appointments and deposits

The Clarity Reiki Experience is a 60-minute appointment priced at £65.

A £20 deposit is required when booking online to secure your appointment. The remaining £45 is payable at your appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change.

24 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without charge. If you cancel, your £20 deposit will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment: We offer one complimentary reschedule, allowing your existing deposit to be transferred to a new appointment.

Further late cancellations or changes: If you have already used your complimentary late reschedule, your £20 deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Failure to attend: If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, your £20 deposit may be retained.

Any retained charge will be limited to what is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where UK consumer law provides a statutory right to cancel an online booking, those rights take precedence over this policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If we need to cancel

If Clarity Reiki & Wellbeing needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund of your deposit.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment price may still apply.
