What to Expect?
Your experience at Clarity is designed to be simple, comfortable and entirely focused on you.
1. Arrive and settle in
We'll begin with a brief conversation about how you're feeling, what you're hoping to gain from the session and any preferences you may have.
There's no pressure to share anything you're uncomfortable discussing.
2. Get comfortable
You'll remain fully clothed throughout your session, relaxing on a comfortable treatment table.
You can close your eyes, rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
3. Experience Reiki
I'll gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body, according to your preferences.
There's no massage or physical manipulation involved. Some people notice warmth or tingling, while others simply feel relaxed. It's equally normal not to notice any particular sensation.
4. Take your time
At the end of the session, you'll have a few moments to gather yourself before returning to your day.
There's no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. Every session is personal.

Tucked away in Stockton Heath, Warrington, Clarity offers a private, peaceful setting where you can leave the demands of everyday life behind.
The studio is designed to feel warm, comfortable and welcoming. With soft lighting, a cosy atmosphere and the gentle warmth of a wood-burning stove when lit, it's a space where you can settle in and enjoy a little time just for yourself.
Your experience begins with a friendly welcome and a brief conversation about your preferences. You'll then have time to get comfortable, fully clothed, before enjoying your Reiki treatment.
There is no pressure, no rush and no expectation. Simply time to relax, unwind and reconnect.
A note about accessibility
The studio is accessed via stairs, which guests will need to climb to attend their appointment. Unfortunately, step-free access is not available.

Take a moment away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a calming, personalised Reiki experience.
Your appointment includes a brief consultation to understand your preferences, approximately 45 minutes of Reiki, and time to gently return to your day.
Every session is designed to feel relaxed, comfortable and unhurried.
£20 deposit required to secure your appointment. The remaining £45 is payable on the day.
